TO RAISE FUNDS THROUGH CHARITY EVENTS, IN PARTICULAR CHARITABLE GOLF EVENTS, TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO, AND OTHERWISE BENEFIT, OTHER NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) AND SECTION 509(A)(1) OF THE INTERNAL REVNUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED.

AFTER THE SALE OF ITS REAL ESTATE IN 2016, THE ORGANIZATION NOW OPERATES AS A PARTNER IN CATHEDRAL REDEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATES, LLC. AS A PARTNER, THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVES DEVELOPMENT FEES RELATED TO THE SUBSTANTIAL REHABILITATION OF THE REAL ESTATE THAT IT FORMERLY OPERATED. AS IT RECEIVES DEVELOPMENT FEES, THE ORGANIZATION IN TURN DONATES THE EXCESS AVAILABLE FUNDS TO THE CATHEDRAL FOUNDATION OF JACKSONVILLE, INC. (A RELATED ORGANIZATION) TO SUPPORT ITS MISSION OF PROVIDING ESENTIAL AND INNOVATIVE RESOURCES TO ELDERS IN NEED.
